Find the right space when you need it.
Sewasy Spaces is a space rental marketplace. We help you find and compare spaces from private hosts and local businesses, and send them a request. The rental itself is agreed directly between you and the provider.
For renters
Search
Choose a location and your rental dates. Spaces the provider has marked unavailable for those dates are left out.
Compare
Compare the advertised price, capacity, size, amenities, access hours and real photos of each space.
Request
Send a free availability request with your dates. You need a Sewasy Spaces account so the provider knows who is asking.
Connect
When the provider accepts, you'll see each other's contact details. Agree the final price, timing, deposit and house rules directly with them.
A request is not a booking
Sewasy Spaces doesn't take bookings or payments. An accepted request means the provider is willing to rent the space for your dates — the rental is confirmed only when you and the provider agree it.
What "availability" means
Availability updated recently
The provider confirmed the space is available in the last 3 days.
Confirmation recommended
The last confirmation was 4–7 days ago. Send a request to check.
Request confirmation
The provider hasn't confirmed in over a week. The space may still be available, but we don't show it as available.
Spaces that haven't been confirmed for 30 days are hidden from search until the provider confirms them again. Sewasy Spaces never shows real-time availability.
For hosts and businesses
List your space
Add the space's details, price, rental terms, requirements and real photos. Listing is free during our launch period.
Review
Sewasy Spaces reviews every new listing before it appears in search.
Receive requests
Renters send requests with their dates. You get an email and a notification, and accept or decline in your dashboard.
Keep it fresh
Press "Still available" regularly and block dates when the space is booked, so renters see accurate information.
Staying safe
- Meet the provider and inspect the space before paying anything.
- Check the rental agreement, house rules and access before you pay.
- Never pay through a link someone sends you, and never share card numbers or passwords.
- Report a listing if something looks wrong — we review every report.
