Marketplace Rules

• One listing per real space. No duplicates, placeholder spaces or stock photos.
• Photos must show the actual space being rented.
• The advertised daily price and terms must be the ones you apply. State deposits and extra fees.
• Don't put phone numbers, links or payment details in photos or descriptions.
• Keep availability current: confirm regularly, block booked dates and pause spaces you can't rent.

• Never ask for payment before the renter has seen the space and agreed the rental.
• Never ask for passwords, sign-in codes or card numbers.
• Treat renters and providers with respect. No discrimination, harassment or spam.
• Follow the laws and building rules that apply to renting out and using spaces in Malaysia.

Sewasy Spaces may reject, pause or remove listings and suspend accounts that break these rules. Report a listing from its page, or email contact@sewasy.com.
