How listing works

• Space type, capacity, size and access hours.
• Your hourly, daily and/or monthly price in ringgit and any deposit.
• Amenities such as Wi-Fi, parking and equipment.
• The area — never your unit number or full address.
• House rules and any requirements for renters.
• At least three real photos of this space.

Every new listing is reviewed by Sewasy Spaces before it appears in search. We check that the listing is complete, the photos show a real space and the information is clear. Review doesn't verify ownership, permits, safety or the space's condition.

If a listing isn't approved, you'll see the reason in your dashboard and can edit and resubmit it.

   You receive a request

   With the renter's dates, name, phone and message.

   Accept or decline

   Accepting shares your phone number with the renter. Declining lets them look elsewhere quickly.

   Agree the rental directly

   Confirm the final price, timing, deposit and house rules with the renter. Sewasy Spaces doesn't collect payments or issue contracts.

• Press "Still available" in your dashboard at least once a week. Spaces show "Availability updated recently" for 3 days after a confirmation.
• Spaces not confirmed for 30 days are hidden from search until you confirm them again.
• Block dates when the space is booked elsewhere, so it doesn't appear for those dates.
• Pause a space or mark it unavailable at any time.

You can ask Sewasy to review your identity from your provider profile. If approved, your listings show "Identity verified". It means Sewasy reviewed who you are according to our process — it does not verify ownership, company registration, permits, safety or the space's condition.

• Only list spaces you are entitled to rent out, and follow the laws that apply to you.
• Keep any permits, insurance and safety measures the space needs in order — Sewasy Spaces doesn't provide or check them.
• Use real photos and accurate prices. Don't ask renters to pay before they have seen the space.
• Follow the Marketplace Rules.
